Return policy

At Rise & Warm, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 15 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition,
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact,
  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including all accessories,
  • A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be included in the return shipment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or product, please contact us at [email protected]within 15 days of delivery. Exchange eligibility follows the same conditions as returns.
